Love buffalo boneless wings. So tasty with good blue cheese.

Food was not worth the money, plain and simple. The portion of decent food was tiny for $20, the portion of terrible food was decent for $25. The mashed potatoes were microwaved, the green beans were canned, and the fried seafood may as well have been from Long John's. The steamed shrimp were not deveined (grossest part of the visit), nor were they have their shells removed. Bad choice.

Homemade fresh food. Good prices. Homemade pizza as well as burgers and entrees. Large portions. Good choice for dinner!

Everything was pretty good. This is a nice little restaurant with a friendly staff. They offer a buffet as well as menu items. Inside was comfortable and welcoming. I would return again when traveling back that way

Good food. Very nice buffet with lots of breakfast choices. Hostess was very cordial and welcoming. Seemed very nice. Wait staff seemed matter of fact and all business. Didnt seem to be having fun.

Breakfast buffet 10 $ + hummy must start for mornings. Staff kind and respectful. Good luck on your 3 kids.

The only thing they did was seat us. Our server asked us what we would like to drink, and then disappeared. They were not busy. We were there at 4:00 pm. We left after 15 minutes. I didn't want to be held hostage waiting for them to cook my meal.

The food is definitely the highlight of this restaurant. Their pizza is excellent and I would happily eat it again! The only compliant I have is that the restaurant decor is a little dated. It's got a strong 1970s beach resort town vibe to it. To be fair a lot of places in Chincoteague have that same vibe.

Stopped in today for lunch. Place did not seem very busy, although there was a large group of about 12 or so in the back. Took an hour...no exaggeration...from the time we sat down until we were served our order. They also did not get my wife's order correct. She said nothing though, because she didn't want to send it back....and wait even longer. Food was ok...nothing to write home about and certainly not worth the hour+ wait. Maybe they were short staffed? Not sure, but the visit was very disappointing. Wait staff only checked on us once in the hour we waited. Probably would pass on this place the next time we come up to visit just based on average good, average service and an extremely long wait in a not-so-busy place.

Horrible food! Just wasted $70!!! 6 pieces of crab balls for $12. Mashed potatoes were disgusting and tangy. Couldn't even eat them. Chicken Salad sandwich was dry. The chicken salad in the deli at the store tastes better. The only decent thing we ordered turned out to be the steak and onion rings. Delivery driver was super friendly and nice. Super disappointed that we paid so much for horrible food. I would never eat here again. Completely disappointed and dissatisfied.

I'm a believer in second chances, so even having breakfast at Maria's where the scrapple tasted like fish, and for those who dont know, scrapple is a pork product, I decided to try this place for dinner.Even with a 50 percent or less capacity due to Covid restrictions, it took over 20 MINUTES for the waitress to even bring my drink order, an iced tea, non alcoholic. At this point I was ready to blow up, instead left the establishment instead of waiting who knows long for my appetizer and entree.Stay away, stay very far away , at least until this place has their collective act together.

Best breakfast! It was awesome that they had outdoor eating, the woman who took our order & served us was awesome, very tentative, and nice! Thanks again for giving our family a sense of normal!

Kids ordered calzones, ma and I ordered burgers. Took along time to get our order, but every thing was delicious. Friendly waitress also.

Food was okay. I personally got a buffalo chicken sub and there was too much stuff for the bread. Half of the chicken fell out and I even tried using my fork on the second piece. We also got an order of mozzarella sticks and two of the sticks weren't done. They were stuck together. The ones that were done were good. The pizza is good. The fries and chicken are good here. Pricing was more on the expensive side for the food. Overall a good stop. Didn't try the buffet.

First I need to say that the good part of this experience was our waitress Angie being great with her Customer Service, that was the only good part. Essentially you have the choice of paying an absurd price for a fair amount of food with little to no flavor or near decent seafood served in a saucer that is not comfortably bigger than a tea cup. If they were a third as interested in making fries that weren’t freeze dried and store bought or mashed potatoes that didn’t taste like a landfill as they are in how much money they can fish out of my wallet (pun intended) then maybe it could have been redeemable. I only hope that I am not one day made to choose between going back to eat at this place or performing my own colonoscopy because I would have great hesitation and thought before coming to an eventually dreadful conclusion.

Walked in 5 minutes before dinner and we couldn't order off the dinner menu. The restaurant was empty and we waited about 35 mins for our food. We ordered a shrimp scampi and it was not even close to what it should be. The noodles were covered in soy sauce. You could just smell the scent of an Asian sauce. The waiter maybe came over to the table one since we ordered. It just wasn't a good experience.

Went for breakfast and it was OK. We both had omelettes, which were pretty good. The hash browns were greasy and seemed like they were sitting. Toast was not buttered. Service was spotty. Also they offered a breakfast buffet which seems strange in this COVID environment. There were a lot of people moving around going back and forth in the dining room.

Maria's has great food for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Their breakfast buffet has a great selection. Their pizza, wings, and fried chicken are delicious! Service is quick and the staff is very pleasant and welcoming.

Very nice atmosphere waitress was really nice. The food came in a good time and was nice hot and fresh.

Breakfast buffet is a 3 because i can't do a 2.5. Everything was process and nothing was home made. Eveything appeared to be from a bag or box right to microwave. The food wasn't very warm even. There wasn't much of a variety at all for $12.

My family and I have a really great time there. The food was a tiny bit bland but I'm sure you could always ask for extra seasonings! The waitress was really sweet.

Came here based on a recommendation from a fellow traveler at our hotel. Not a fancy place but good food. The meat lovers omelet was delicious. The home fries were a bit on the bland side and not very hot.Coffee was very good. Service is friendly and prices are very reasonable. Dining area is large and spacious and most of all, clean.A nice place for a good simple meal.

Best Flounder Sandwich I've ever had! The piece of Flounder is huge. Bigger than the open sub roll it's laying on!

Enjoyed the fresh & delicious breakfast buffet; a great way to start your day! Eggs with assorted meats & fruit, fresh cantaloupe & pineapple, pancakes, french toast, biscuits & gravy, and much more for only $10, with very friendly service from April and all the other delightful waitresses!

Food was less than average quality. Stopped here after a 5 and a half hour ride for a warm meal. Food took forever, and when it did come, it was cold. Waitress kept forgetting what we asked to drink, forgot one of our meals, forgot to bring sugar for the coffee which took another 10 minutes to get. Couldnt get english muffin with eggs because it was too small? But someone at our table got an english muffin alone? I dont understand. Avoid this place.

Although they are recently priced and catered to my toddler's request of sides of bacon and fries, my meal was far from good. I ordered mashed potatoes(no gravy), onion rings and grilled chicken. My mash potatoes had gravy and were a little cold, my grilled chicken looked like salmon and was very under cooked. The onion rings were good and they only charged me for the sides I ate.

Nikki is an awesome waitress. She waited on our table even though it wasn't her table. She was very friendly, attentative and went out of her way to make sure we had what we needed.

Older female Sat us for breakfast, early morning around 8:30 with only two other guests there, and just completely forgot about us. We were actually reaching for the keys to leave since the older lady forgot us when she finally decided to tell the new girl we were there and we were her table. Anyway, instead of ordering off the menu like we’d planned, we went for buffet. The food was so uninspiring. The buffet pancakes tasted like couch foam insulation or drywall. It just seemed really low effort. Our server was nice but the environment was bad.

I visited this restaurant while on vacation for the first time to Chincoteague Island, VA.We ordered a very large meal to go on our last night there as we wanted to have a great family dinner together.The food we got was lacking in taste and presentation. We had to return all the entrees.The restaurant wanted offered to cook more food for us. Who would want that? If I didn't like it the first time, what makes you think, I will like it the second time?They offered many excuses and no remedies. We want a refund.They would not disclose the name of owner/manager and got very testy every time I asked. I like to eat out and don't mind spending the money. I do expect quality food and good taste in return.

Many of the restaurants on Chincoteague would not accept carryout orders during dinner rush between 6-8, didn't answer the phone, or were closed on a Tuesday evening. I stumbled on Maria's by just going down the list of restaurants who offer take out on the island and so glad I did! Very satisfied with the service, the staff was very friendly, and our burgers were terrific! Will come back again.
